Prices and Payment

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation electronically.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be completed, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Orders are delivered to the countries and destinations available during checkout.

Shipping charges vary according to destination, delivery method and order value.

Free shipping may be offered for selected countries when the applicable minimum order value is reached.
