Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Greece to Greece and selected European countries.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, delivery method and order value. The exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

For selected countries, we offer free shipping when the order reaches the minimum order value applicable to that country. The relevant free-shipping threshold, where available, is automatically shown at checkout.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
