Loose Blue Ruffle Dress

This blue dress is crafted in woven viscose fabric. It has a round neckline. There is a 3cm wide placket in the front with decorative buttons which can be worn open or fastened. The dress has ¾ length raglan bishop sleeves with 2 buttons at the cuffs. There are two wide ruffle panels: one starting at the waist and one starting in the middle of the skirt.
