Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

 

To request a return, please contact us at account@conquista.gr before sending the item back.

 

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

 

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional delivery cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option is not refundable.

 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.

 

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at account@conquista.gr and include your order number and photographs of the item.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
